Welcome to the Department of Quantity Surveying
The Department of Quantity Surveying is a multi-disciplinary centre for research and teaching in a wide variety of areas that all influence our built environment. We offer programmes at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
The Department built its reputation through the tremendous impact that its graduates have made in both public and private sectors. In particular, the graduates of the Department have developed exemplary best practices and anchor the development of Quantity Surveying profession in other institutions of higher learning as well as industry practice in Nigeria and abroad. Our renewed vision is to be among the top ten Quantity Surveying programmes in the world by the year 2020.
